The 9 building, 2 acre campus at 2626 Lacy St, Los Angeles, CA 90031 is a record-breaking sale for Lincoln Heights at $222 per square foot. 

The turn-of-the-century campus will be the new Los Angeles home for Buck Design, who will be relocating from the Jewelry District downtown. The iconic site has been used for countless productions and creative projects. It has operated for over 35 years as the Lacy Street Production Center, and has served as a filming location for Catch Me If You Can, Seabiscuit, Saw and L.A. Confidential.
